Phil is one of the original team (along with John & Dave Hughes)who re-set up Fitton Hill Bulldogs over 20 years ago. 

Phil, John & Dave fought for 10 years to obtain the playing field we have now and also to obtain the clubhouse from the Council.

Phil is a Chartered Mechanical Engineer with over 40 years of experience in Water Utilities design and build.

Phil is a fully qualified Level 1 coach in rugby and he is a qualified First Aider.

Phil is a qualified Child Welfare Officer.
